Why does my floor squeak?
Most squeaks come from the subfloor and framing, where panels rub against nails or joists. We can often secure the panels from above or below to quiet them.
Does my floor need to be perfectly level?
New flooring performs best on a flat surface. Manufacturers specify how flat the subfloor needs to be. We measure and level where needed so the new floor performs the way the manufacturer intends.
Can you level a concrete floor?
Yes. We patch cracks, grind high spots and use self-leveling compound to flatten low spots on concrete.
