How long does a flooring project take?
It depends on the size of the job and the type of floor. A single room can often be done in a day or two, while a whole home takes longer. We give you a realistic schedule after your consultation.
Do you remove my old flooring?
Yes. We remove and dispose of old carpet, tile, vinyl, laminate and hardwood, then inspect and prep the subfloor so the new floor starts on a flat, solid base.
Can you work around my furniture and pets?
We plan the work so furniture is moved as needed and rooms are finished in a sensible order. Tell us about pets and kids at your consultation and we will plan around them.
How do you prepare the subfloor?
A great floor starts underneath. We inspect the subfloor, repair soft spots and squeaks, flatten high and low areas and check moisture where needed before any new flooring goes down.
